Slane Distillery – New Whiskey Distillery
The Slane Distillery is the brainchild of the Conyngham Family who have partnered with the US Drinks Company Brown Forman to build a Whiskey Distillery & Visitors Centre on the grounds of the historic Slane Castle in Co. Meath.
The distillery when operational will be capable of producing Traditional Irish Pot Still, Triple Distilled Malt and Grain Whiskeys for the domestic and International Markets.
Procad Engineering provided the full engineering services associated with the process equipment and associated utilities and building services within the distillery.

Gyproc is the market leader in plaster, plasterboard and dry lining systems. Manufacturing in Ireland since 1936, they have become a major authority in the Irish construction industry.
Procad Engineering assisted the GYPROC Saint Gobain site in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan in identifying and completing a significant energy saving project that targeted the drying aspect of their process.

Dew Valley Foods are a privately owned independent company with their Head Office and EU-approved ultra-modern factory in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Dew Valley uses microwave technology in the commercial production of cooked bacon and is the leading supplier in Europe to the prepared sandwich, fast food and hospitality sectors.
In order to meet growing demand from their customers Dew Valley Foods added significant Tempering Room capacity on their site as well as adding maintenance & stores facilities.
