Dew Valley Foods are a privately owned independent company with their Head Office and EU-approved ultra-modern factory in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Dew Valley uses microwave technology in the commercial production of cooked bacon and is the leading supplier in Europe to the prepared sandwich, fast food and hospitality sectors.

In order to meet growing demand from their customers Dew Valley Foods added significant Tempering Room capacity on their site as well as adding maintenance & stores facilities.

Procad Engineering provided the Project Management, Architectural, Civil/Structural and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering design services for this project which was delivered on schedule and within budget.
