Dew Valley Foods are a privately owned independent company with their Head Office and EU-approved ultra-modern factory in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Dew Valley uses microwave technology in the commercial production of cooked bacon and is the leading supplier in Europe to the prepared sandwich, fast food and hospitality sectors.

In order to meet growing demand from their customers to continuously develop innovative and value adding products, Dew Valley Foods built a Research & Development and Customer Visitor Centre. This facility contains a commercial kitchen as well as tasting rooms and a micro laboratory as well as training facilities, boardroom and various meeting rooms. The facility was finished to a very high standard.

Procad Engineering provided the Project Management, Architectural, Civil/Structural and Building Services for this project which was delivered on schedule and budget.
